An affordable Education

Scholarships and grants are forms of financial aid that do not have to be repaid. McMurry offers a number of merit based and need-based scholarships and grants to new incoming students. Use this guide to learn more about how you can fund your education and how McMurry is investing in our students. Last year 99% of McMurry students qualified for financial aid. We want McMurry to be a financial fit for you and there are many opportunities for your to fund your education.

The scholarships listed below require full-time enrollment unless noted. The annual amount is based on Fall and Spring enrollment and is awarded by semester. Transfer students with less than 24 transferable hours are subject to review of high school transcripts. Military awards cannot be stacked with Freshman or Transfer Scholarship/awards. McMurry scholarships, awards, and financial aid are awarded based on availability of funds. Amounts are subject to change.

First-Time Freshman

Scholarships are based on high school GPA, recalculated on a 4.0 scale and weighted for honors/dual credit/AP/IB courses.
